Our client is looking for an experienced general manager to run their Cumbria Site. Ideally you will have worked within a busy production environment such as Textiles, and have knowledge of bring operational excellence and improvement in outputs. Key duties are:
- Responsible for all site activities within Production and Engineering.
- Accountable for direct reports such as the Production and Engineering Manager plus upto 120 Operational staff at peak.
- P&L Responsibility
- Staffing
- Full budget control for labour, energy, engineering and third party contractors.
- Responsible for Quality and hygiene within Production up to BSI accreditation.
- Accountable for all site safety, disciplinary and training activities.
