CRM Lead

Summary

The primary purpose of this role is to provide and lead on utilising CRM in alignment with the overall marketing or campaign plans, through a variety of marketing channels such as e-marketing, direct mail and SMS and other engagement tools.
To analyse customer interactions and data throughout the customer lifecycle, with the goal of improving relationships, lead nurture, conversion and effective ongoing engagement to retain applicants and encourage brand advocacy.
Advise on the execution and development of automated email programs across the entire lead lifecycle, support and train the wider Marketing team on CRM, ensuring the service our client provide to colleagues and customers is of the highest quality and has a positive and measurable impact.

Experience

Experience in developing and executing CRM, customer engagement and sales strategies and using analytics to inform and improve strategies to boost income.
An experienced and organised planner and project manager, able to meet deadlines, resource and budget restrictions, with strong cross-team coordination skills.
Experience of working with agencies and suppliers.
Strong customer service experience in a customer focused organisation.

Knowledge, skills and abilities

Deep understanding of using CRM and the evolving consumer communications and digital landscape, including segmentation, targeting, proposition development, lead generation and conversion.
Ability to synthesize complex information to write, edit and distribute compelling SEO smart content for different audiences with ability to adopt the style, tone of voice and personalise written and visual content to increase customer acquisition and conversion.
Ability to embed CRM to support overall team goals for profile raising, customer conversion and retention and income growth, providing detailed guidance, coaching and training to develop knowledge and skills of others.
An understanding of test, learn and optimise approaches with a real passion for audience-centric, data-driven marketing, utilising A/B and multivariate and behaviour testing methodologies.
Strong data-driven decision-making skills, with demonstrated ability to dive deep into customer data and translate insights into opportunities. Knowledge of the relevant legislation concerning customer data.
Ability to map and implement personalised customer journeys using insight/segmentation to create content build responsive emails, reusable templates and content blocks for emails, using email best practices, based on brand guidelines.
Ability to utilise knowledge and research of current email and digital marketing best practices to inform design, layout, messaging and deliverability of content.
Demonstrated track record of creative problem solving and innovation.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, ability to articulate ideas and persuade stakeholders.
Confident with IT, digital tools, online analytic tools, CRM system
