CRM Manager

Six Degrees are delighted to be partnering with a group of businesses who are now looking to recruit for a CRM Manager.

This main purpose of this role is to take responsibility for delivering the CRM service and championing the use of Microsoft Dynamics CRM across the Group, identifying business process improvements that can be realised through CRM’s facilities and working hands-on with business users at all levels to realise these benefits.

The role will support a user community of approx. 110, based in offices and home locations across the UK. It will work with IT staff in the routine securing, management and monitoring of the CRM environment and to contribute to the daily activities related to the effective running of these systems.

A key early deliverable will be the migration from on-site CRM to CRM on Office365.
Key Duties
• To analyse business processes and recommend improvements that can be facilitated through CRM.
• To implement changes to CRM to realise the benefits of these business process improvements.
• To liaise with IT professionals, end users, management and suppliers as necessary in relation to the CRM technical environment.
• To provide a centre of expertise on CRM and drive CRM best practise throughout the Group, provide training, demonstration of features and proof-of-concepts.
• To work within a system of procedures and processes (e.g. ISO9000) and contribute to a culture of information security and continuous improvement of processes.
• To work with users and colleagues to resolve incidents as necessary.
• To escalate issues as appropriate.
• To work in a professional manner and undertake continuing professional development achieving recognised IT accreditations.
• To work as part of a team on projects as directed.

Qualification, Knowledge & Experience
• Microsoft Dynamics CRM expertise and relevant implementation experience.
• Proficiency in setup and configuration of on-site CRM and of Dynamics CRM in Office365.
• A good understanding of CRM architecture and best practise.
• A successful track record of:
• Analysing business processes.
• CRM service design - configuring CRM forms, workflows, and other settings to create an appropriate solution.
• CRM service transition - managing the testing, user acceptance, ‘go live’ and benefit realisation of CRM changes.
• A successful record of accomplishment of producing end user training materials and documentation.
• A successful record of accomplishment in helping CRM users become self-sufficient, especially in displaying and extracting management information.

• An appropriate IT based degree.
• Relevant Microsoft certifications.
• Proficiency in configuring CRM interfaces with Exchange, Active Directory and Outlook.
• Demonstrable proficiency in business analysis.
• Experience and knowledge of project management and associated frameworks, e.g. PRINCE2,
• Knowledge of the Microsoft Roadmap for Dynamics CRM.
General Skills and Abilities
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer relationship skills.
• Highly organised in time management and attention to detail.
• The desire and ability to work within a documented system of processes and procedures.
• The desire and ability to document work to a high standard, including creating diagrams and flow charts as necessary
• A desire to discover, share and follow best practise.
